Adult Program

For the first time, the Défi sportif AlterGo will offer an Adult Program. Each year, many participants age out of the school component of the event without access to new competition opportunities. This new division will allow individuals aged 18 and over to continue or begin their sporting journey by participating in track and field competitions in an inclusive, motivating, and welcoming environment.
