Ville de Montréal
Since the event was born in 1984, Ville de Montréal has been closely collaborating with Défi sportif AlterGo. This strong partnership had social and economic impacts on the city. It helped Montreal to shine as a leading-edge city in terms of universal accessibility and inclusion of disabled people.
GOVERNMENT OF QUEBEC
Since 1984, the Government of Quebec supports Défi sportif AlterGo to champion the social inclusion of disabled people through sport. More recently, the support of Ministère de l’Éducation, Secrétariat à la jeunesse and Secrétariat à la région métropolitaine allows to generate major changes for thousands of Quebecers with functional limitations.
GOUVERNEMENT OF CANADA
The Government of Canada, through Sport Canada, has been supporting sport competitions under the international component of the Défi sportif AlterGo since 1999. Support for high performance competitions allows national athletes to compete against the world’s best on Canadian soil and to earn international points and rankings at competitions listed on international federations’ calendars.
TD Bank Group
TD Bank Group has been a proud supporter of the Défi sportif AlterGo since 2010 because we are committed to both inclusion and diversity, and to the development of our youth. Starting with the 40th edition in 2023, TD Bank Group has decided to double its financial support in order to amplify the impact of this partnership with the Défi sportif AlterGo, which not only promotes an inclusive environment for all, but also supports thousands of young athletes in their efforts to surpass themselves and go beyond their limits!
We are proud to promote adapted sport in Quebec, precisely by supporting the very inspiring Défi sportif AlterGo since 1993. The Loto-Québec Trial Zone allows us to shine a light on the talent and dedication of disabled athletes. Through our support, we wish to help them push even further.
RDS would like to tip his hat to Defi sportif AlterGo’s athletes, who brilliantly succeed in their respective sport disciplines. Not only are they a notable example of success, they also offer moments of joy through their sporting achievements. They are a role model for young women and men who surround them. Congratulations!
Société de transport de Montréal
As a proud provider of transport for athletes since the inception of the Défi sportif AlterGo, STM encourages competitors to excel in their sport and their daily activities. At STM, universal accessibility is central to our priorities in our operations, infrastructure and vehicles, for the benefit of everyone.
Bourassa Savaria Foundation
The Bourassa Savaria Foundation supports organizations that make a difference in the lives of people with reduced mobility by supporting them in various ways. It is only natural and with great pride, therefore, that the Foundation supports Défi sportif AlterGo. To see these athletes shine during this week is an inspiration for all.
