Défi sportif AlterGo is organising the Canadian Wheelchair Rugby Championships in collaboration with Parasports Québec and the Canadian Wheelchair Rugby Association.
Time and Place
The wheelchair rugby championship will be held at Centre Sportif Jean-Rougeau from April 26th to April 28th, 2024.

Off-site Meals
Located on the Mezzanine level of the Delta Montreal Hotel by Marriott, Cordial Bistro-Bar offers athletes and guests delicious meals in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Medical team
The professionals of Kinatex Sports Physio will be present at the competition venue to help athletes and volunteers. These therapists offer bandage services, first aid as well as tips on warm-ups and stretching.
Please note that Défi sportif AlterGo is not responsible for any medical fees.
Emergency technical aid repair services
During the Défi sportif AlterGo, l’Institut de réadaptation Gingras-Lindsay-de-Montréal du CIUSSS Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal (IRGLM) provides athletes with emergency repairs on technical aids (wheelchairs, orthotic devices and prosthesis), between 9 am and 9 pm for the whole duration of the event.
Please note that if your aid does not belong to the Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec (RAMQ), the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) or the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), you will have to pay for the repairs on your technical aids.
