Becoming a Volunteer

I’m registering as a volunteer for the Défi sportif AlterGo

Come and cheer on athletes who have a functional limitation, but for whom enthusiasm and perseverance are limitless! Don’t come alone: encourage your friends, family members or co-workers to join our great family of volunteers! Become creators of smiles, victories and pride! The 43rd edition of the Défi sportif AlterGo will be held from April 23 to May 3, 2026.

How to become a volunteer

First, consult the general schedule to target competitions, sites or dates that interest you. Then, you are invited to read the frequently asked questions to find answers to many questions.

Then, it’s time to register!

Please note that the registration form is available on computer and tablet only.

After registration

You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. Your choices will be validated by the volunteers’ management team.
Attached to a second email, you will receive the schedule for your assignements. The start and end times are for reference purposes only.
In that email, you will also receive invitations to meetings and training sessions
In March or April, your team coordinator will confirm your exact schedule and your assignments. Be patient, many of them are also volunteers.
