We are pleased to count, once again, on the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) to be the official carrier of the Défi sportif AlterGo 2022. Throughout the event, athletes will be able to benefit from shuttles between the airport, their hotel and the competition sites. The drivers will welcome them with a smile, whether by low-floor bus, minibus or cab.
“Working during a pandemic requires additional adaptation and we commend the STM for their usual thoroughness and efficiency. We know that the athletes will get to their destination safely,” said Maxime Gagnon, President and CEO of AlterGo. The STM is also contributing to the event’s visibility through its own media.
Paratransit: A New Feature on The Application
The 35,000 paratransit users now have a new feature that will help them organize their trip. Within 10 minutes of the paratransit’s arrival, the vehicle appears in real time on the application’s map. Information such as the type of vehicle and the estimated time of boarding and disembarking also appear on the screen. It even shows if there is a customer before your own boarding. Everything is accessible to visually impaired people.
