Défi sportif AlterGo hosts an international invitational powerchair soccer tournament featuring Canadian and American teams. The tournament is held in partnership with Parasports Québec.

Défi sportif AlterGo 2026 is hosting an international women’s wheelchair rugby tournament for the first time. Teams will compete over 3 days.
Boccia
The Défi sportif AlterGo 2026 will host a World Boccia World Cup event. The competition welcomes athletes from around the world. Held over three days, the event includes the following individual categories: BC1, BC2, BC3, and BC4. Team events for BC1/BC2 and pairs events for BC3 and BC4 are also on the program.
