Another great day for the school component at the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex

The school component once again kept things lively throughout the Claude-Robillard Sports Complex. Baseball and soccer games were on the program, as were rhythmic gymnastics. Several awards ceremonies also took place, much to the delight of the young recipients.

Yassin, a student from Louis-Fréchette School, whose soccer team won the gold medal, took advantage of his moment in the spotlight on the medal ceremony stage to express his joy. “I had a great time. It’s not about winning, it’s about participating. [But] I’m very happy [to have a gold medal]. I’m thrilled. I would also like to congratulate my teacher, who helped me. Thank you, everyone. We had a great time. It was really fun.”
